Hormones and High Heels

A Grown Woman's Narrative

 This venue was created to provide us with an opportunity to discuss and share the realities of women and girls as we dance our journey of femininity and womanhood.

Through narrative, story telling, embellished imagination and such, we will explore the topics of gender and generational relationships, health, well-being, intimacy and our need and ability love up on ourselves and each other.

Within the context of this safe and sacred space we are here to manage the business of women.  That being said, some of the content will be strictly for adults – sassy fun and grown up talk.  However,  nothing vulgar, disrespectful or anything that would compromise our purpose.

This platform will be a means of providing inspiration, and information, sharing insights and laughter, making friends or remaining anonymous, and just plain ole good "whatever" within the framework of Hormones and High Heels.
